It outlines the minimum standards in relation to practice, behaviour and attitudes that CIMSPA members, wider sector workforce, learners, customers, participants, colleagues, peers, employers, sector agencies or any other engaged party can expect to experience from CIMSPA partners.
The Partner Code of Conduct is a mandatory requirement that partners must fully adhere to at all times. Failure to adhere to the code may result in sanctions being taken against partners, which could result in the termination of the CIMSPA partnership.
