You are able to request a refund in writing, via email, to info@cimspa.co.uk.
Refund requests are assessed and processed in line with our terms and conditions. If you are eligible for a refund, it can take up to 15 working days from approval, to show in your bank account. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
